In nature, only modern industrial age humans and domestic animals under our care tend to get chronically sick and diseased. Wild animals tend to stay healthy, lean and strong because they live in accordance with their genetic code. Think about it – wild animals don’t need PhDs and university degrees to be healthy! They don’t have hospitals and complex medical  systems. Modern humans get sick largely because of pathological lifestyle choices and toxic environments that are not congruent with our genetic code and the consequent stresses these generate in our body/mind. Learning to live in accordance with your genetic code and removing this stress from your “vehicle” is your key out of misery and the beginning of  your journey toward happiness and optimal health.
